Coach Lin in Hongxiang told me that Chinese Wushu is the cultural treasure of the Chinese nation, and it is one of the traditional sports in our country.Through the martial arts training can make the students in the school body strong, healthy, flexible action, enhance the immune ability of the disease. Through the step by step training, can make the children's physiology, psychology are healthy development. Coach Lin told me a secret about practicing Chinese martial , if we fall in love with it all the time , we will benefit a lot through our lives .
